The prices were good, so I was happy at first, but the shipping ended up being higher than I expected. I still got my order without any issues, so no real complaints there. I just wish the shipping cost had been a little clearer earlier on. Weirdly, I remember sitting there with a half-eaten granola bar in my hand when I noticed the total jump at checkout.

I used Deepdiscount.com to look for a few DVDs, i mostly cared about whether I could find them quickly and check out without any hassle. The search worked well, the site was easy to browse, and I didn’t have to click through a bunch of random pages. I didn’t pay much attention to everything else on the site, but for what I needed, it was simple and clear

My card was charged without a problem, so that part worked. The confirmation, however, took its sweet time showing up, which was super relaxing because who doesn’t love wondering if they just paid into the void? Not a huge issue, but I definitely had to check twice.

"Not a great first impression with the packaging"
I ordered a couple of movies from DeepDiscount, and while they did arrive on time, the packaging gave me a bad first impression. They were just tossed in a thin bubble mailer, which didn’t feel like enough protection at all.
One of the cases ended up with a small crack on the corner, so that was annoying. The discs were fine, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I definitely expected a little more care with shipping. I’d probably give it 3 stars...

I was surprised by how much cheaper everything was compared to other sites. I picked up a couple movies I’d been wanting and saved a decent amount, which made me kind of regret paying full price elsewhere before. Shipping was totally normal and I didn’t have any issues. I’ll definitely check deepdiscount first next time.

Checkout went through in the end, but it was feeling a little clunky. I had to put in my shipping info again once, and the page load slow for me. The prices was good enough so I still placed the order, but yeah, the whole process could be smoother. Not awful, just not that great either...

I ordered a couple movies from deepdiscount and figured I’d be waiting at least a week, maybe longer. But it shipped the next day and showed up in about 3 days, which surprised me.
The packaging was totally fine too, nothing fancy but everything arrived in good shape. There was just something about it being that quick that made the whole order feel better, so yeah, I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty reliable, just not the fastest"
I’ve ordered from DeepDiscount a handful of times now, and honestly — everything has arrived like it was supposed to. The prices have been solid, and the stuff I got was legit, no sketchy issues or anything weird. Shipping can be a little slow sometimes, and tracking doesn’t always update right away, which is kind of annoying, but I never felt like I was being scammed. Overall, I do trust them. I just wish delivery was a bit quicker.

"Finally found the movies I was looking for"
I gave 5 stars mostly because, i was just relieved they actually had the movies I wanted. I had already checked a few other sites and kept running into the whole “out of stock” thing, so when I found them here I was like, okay, great, finally. "Came in Better Shape Than I Expected"
i was pleasantly surprised when my DVD from deepdiscount.com showed up. I half expected the case to have a little dent or scuff, but it looked basically brand new. The shrink wrap was clean, the corners weren’t crushed, and the disc itself was perfect.
The shipping box had enough padding too, which I definitely appreciated. For the price I paid, I’m really happy with how it arrived, and I’d feel totally fine ordering from them again.
